The Yoga Compass
Each month, embark upon a unique practice inspired by nature's cycles, encouraging growth, reflection, and thriving. From the fresh beginnings of January to the reflective letting-go of December, this monthly schedule will integrate asana, breathwork, meditation, and journaling into a comprehensive tapestry of self-care and transformation. Through seasonal themes, guided practices, reflective journal prompts, and meditations, experience the energy of spring's renewal, summer's joy, autumn's wisdom, and winter's introspection in every class.
The Yoga Compass offers a dynamic Vinyasa practice, where breath seamlessly guides each flowing movement. Our classes cultivate an alignment-focused experience, helping students move intentionally and gracefully. Each class will be themed according to the seasons, a powerful way to align the practice with the earth's natural rhythms and create harmony between our inner and outer worlds. And every class is recorded, and you’ll have access to the recording for a month. So whether you are there for the live or not, you’ll have a whole month to practice whenever and wherever you want.
Reflecting on growth and transformation cultivates an appreciation for nature and the natural cycles of change in life. Incorporating seasonal themes transforms yoga into more than just a physical activity—it becomes a holistic journey that aligns body, mind, and spirit with the natural world, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and whole.
