This two day course in Malaga is for qualified teachers who want to reconnect to their love of asana and deconstruct vinyasa, in a chilled out environment.

It is also perfect for anyone who is thinking of attending our 200 hour training and would like to try before they buy.

Barre is a fitness class based on the technique and style of a traditional ballet class. The great thing about Barre is you do not need to be a dancer to attend this class (no tap shoes or pointe work required).

This sweet practice is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga that will leave you with improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility and reduced stress.

This workshop is open to everyone whether you’re completely new to Barre or you attend regular Barre classes as it is structured to improve your focus and technique and break down some of your favourite barre exercises.

Ski Clinic and Yoga Weekend Retreat at Bluerise Retreats

This game changing retreat combines excellent yoga classes with guided skiing and technical lessons in the legendary resort of Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

We’ll organise transfers from Geneva airport for you, bring you to a luxury Alpine chalet with stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif and spoil you with delicious, healthy food, a full body massage, daily yoga classes and excursions to the slopes (on and off-piste) with our experienced ski guide and technical coach; Ed Mathews.

The objective of the ski clinics is to improve the techniques and confidence of intermediate or advanced skiers. The first part of each day on the slopes will be spent concentrating on how we ski and how to adapt ones skiing to a variety of snow and terrain. The rest of the day will be about finding good skiing and putting into practice we have learned. Your ski coach, Ed, is a French-certified ski instructor based in Chamonix and has been teaching for over 20 years, working with skiers of all levels – from guiding first timers to coaching ski professionals. He specialises in fine tuning skiing techniques and teaching off piste skiing.

Warrior Flows with Susie Murray

Date: Saturday 21st of July at 2pm
This 2-hour workshop will journey you through a path of warrior flows.  Delve into Sun Salutations and standing postures with grace and ease to explore your fullest potential through asana.
We aim to deepen our understanding and appreciation of the archetype of the peaceful warrior. Both fascinating and inspiring the yogi warrior displays ideals of peace, wisdom and strength. On a physical level, this practice will teach you to flow and move with conviction and our Vinyasa inspired practice will challenge you with strong dynamic new sequences.
Expect a mix of multi directional flows embracing your inner power and confidence in navigating the flow of a warrior. Develop balance through concentration as we refine our movements to create effortless glide in transitions. We will build on our relationship with breath and body and create a deep awareness to the inner power we already possess and draw it out into our being. This workshop will also incorporate a long deep practice of meditation and relaxation to bring you back to your center and refocus your mind.
You do not need to be strong or flexible to participate in this workshop. We will show you carefully how to get there and show you modifications when necessary.

As we approach this seasonal shift of lengthening light and natural growth, take time to free space in your body, heart and mind to allow for this natural shift to arise.
Practice: Our practice will embrace the shifting energy of the day. Opening and celebrating the rising light of morning, and soothing and welcoming the soft fall of each sundown.

Heart Wide Open.  Yoga Workshop at Oslo Health

Join us for this workshop in exploring pranayama, asana and meditation to awaken the heart and manifest positivity and energy into your life. When the heart centre has been cleared and meditated on the energies in the body become balanced and we feel a sense of wholeness as our body and mind are integrated. Allow your heart centre and central channel to air out and reorganise and re-balance through this practice.

Refresh your enthusiasm for movement through a heart opening and back strengthening workshop, designed to help you step out of your comfort zone and explore your fullest potential by releasing your heart to your true desires. This workshop will lead you through progressive postures to deepen your experience of opening the front body, balancing poses to bring you stability, cultivate strength in the back body to create space and clear the debris to move forward with confidence in your intentions. By flowing through our practice you will learn how to deepen your back-bends into heart openers. Accessing these heart openers will flood through your body, mind and spirit showing you a way to surrender to the authenticity of who you are. This practice will be finishing with deep restorative poses to calm and heal the body.
